Who does what

| Anyone | Suggest a question, back a market, trade, press Launch, challenge a result, finalize a result, settle filled orders, claim. |
| Curators | Review suggestions against the content policy and approve them on-chain. A curator can’t approve their own suggestion. |
| Creators | Publish an approved market so backing can start. |
| Resolvers | Propose the result after close, with evidence and a bond. |
| The arbitrator | Decides a challenged result, with a written rationale. |
| The admin | Manages launch rules, roles, pause flags and the protocol’s fee share. Cannot move user funds, change outcomes, or block claims, refunds or resolution. |
Pausing never stops claims, refunds or resolution.
