Prediction markets aren't allowed everywhere. By continuing you confirm you're allowed to use Archery where you live and you accept the Terms.

Who can use Archery

Prediction markets are regulated differently from place to place. You are responsible for checking that using Archery is allowed where you live. If it isn’t, don’t trade. Where we can tell that a region is excluded, Archery shows “Archery isn't available in your region.” and keeps read-only browsing.

What Archery is

Archery is an interface to a program on Arch Network. Money you lock, back or trade is held by that program, not by us. We never hold your keys and can’t move your funds, change a result, or block a claim, refund or resolution.

Risk

You trade with other people’s orders, never with Archery. You can lose what you put in. Prices are what the crowd is paying, not a forecast. Results depend on a resolver, a challenge window and an arbitrator; if nobody resolves a market in time it pays out as Invalid at 0.5 per share.

Testnet

On testnet, tokens are test tokens with no value, and the network may be reset. Markets from before a reset are gone.

Software

The interface and the program are provided as they are. Nothing here is a promise of availability, accuracy or profit.

These terms may change. The date at the top of this page is the current version. Legal review of these terms is still open.
